Practical information, tips, and strategies for Alzheimer’s family caregivers

About

Greetings caregiver, I am Eileen Poiley, the director of education at the USF Health Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute. I have been providing education and support to family caregivers for more than 30 years and understand the challenges you face on a daily basis when caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s or other dementia.

I was a caregiver myself and I know how overwhelming caregiving can be and how alone and overwhelmed you often feel. That is why the USF Health Byrd Alzheimer's Institute created this podcast to help you navigate your caregiving journey.

Each episode will address issues and challenges you face as a caregiver. My goal is to provide you with practical information, tips, and strategies for caregiving that I have learned and shared over the years. I will also interview fellow colleagues and other experts to help you become a more informed caregiver.

So, are you ready to listen and to learn? Then click on the episodes below and join me as I bring you practical caregiver information you can use today.
